My younger dd on Christmas morning. She's so slow and NEAT in her unwrapping. hehe

Alyssa woke up at 7 AM Christmas morning and ran out to the tree to see what Santa had brought. She came in to briefly tell us some of the things she had gotten, and we told her don’t open any gifts until we can all get up. Well, she went and played with the gifts from Santa for several HOURS and then finally came to get us up so she could open all her other gifts. She ran into Kyleigh’s room to tell her too to come see what she got. So finally about 10 AM we were all sitting around the tree ready to open gifts.

Alyssa was such a pro, she just ripped into all of her gifts as quickly as possible. Kyleigh understood how to unwrap the gifts this year, but she was such a NEAT freak about it! She only tore little pieces at a time, and had to be sure to hand each piece to us to put into the trash before she could pull another one off. As Alysssa opened gift by gift as quickly as possible, Kyleigh stopped to play and savor each gift. We’d have to remind her there were more to open.
