First of all, welcome to SBB. This site can be a bit overwhelming at first - the best place to start is the "Site Specific" tutorials under the "Reference" tab at the top of the page - in the drop down, go to Tutorials and the fly-out will show Site Specific. And ask away if you have any specific questions.

SBB is a bit site and as Silly said a bit overwhelming. The best thing to do is just dig around, get an idea of what is it you want to do and then post back with a question.
