I am very new joined yesterday.

I belong to numerous on-line forums etc.

I just purchased some Lightroom pre-sets - Have permission via email to download with the link - advised to log into store account then go to order history.

I have spent at least an half an hour endeavoring to find where to do all this in the Scrappers web page to no avail - there is so much information - but not what I am looking for. I have even contacted help by email - no response.

Be grateful if somebody can assist as soon as before the allocated time for downloading has run out.

You have to be logged in to the store before you can access your orders history.
At the store home page scroll down and at the left side will be where you log in. After you are logged in you will have another field (at the left down aways) titled Your Cart- you will see the "orders history" option. You have to choose a time frame All Dates--this month--this week-- today. then hit Search and you will get a list of processed purchases.

It should also work if you First log into the store and then click on the download link in your email notice. Hope this helps.
