Hi everyone!!

Hello everyone, my name is Wendi. I have two kiddo's; Dade (3 years) and Leia (7 weeks.)

I'm a Digi' Scrapper with a HUGE dilemma, and was hoping for some input. I have used PSP X for years now and feel soo comfortable with it. Recently, I obtained PS from my husband and have kicked around in it a little. I can't make up my mind which one I like the best. Do I stay with comfort or dare into the unknown? My question to all of you, which program do you prefer and why?

Can't wait to get to know everyone. This site is absolutely FANTASTIC!

If you are just starting digi, stay with what you are comfortable with until you are ready to venture into a new program. Now if you were deciding between PSP and PhotoShop Elements, I'd say Elements... but try to learn using the more advanced graphics program might be overwhelming.

And welcome to SBB!

I'm definitely more versed in PSP, but I can hold my own in Photoshop. I think I'll create a LO with the same kit in both and see...

I agree - it is a dilemma- comfort is wonderful but learning new programs and skills is kind of fun too- Guess when you are in a hurry use what is comfortable and when you are in the mood to stretch yourself play in PS. And a big welcome to SBB!

PSPX user here! Which version of PS do you have? A lot of the resources made for digital scrapbookers don't work in the earlier versions.

I have PS, like it but don't use it since the workspace just doesn't seem to flow like PSP does.

I tried PS Elements and threw that program in the garbage! It might be better now but PSE3 was horrible compared to PSPX, especially if you are used to PSP already.

Welcome to SBB!
