Top O' The Afternoon To You All,
Thanks so much to all of you that have taken the time to stop by and make me feel so welcome to SBB. You have confirmed what my heart already knew by lurking on the fringes of this site, this is the right place for me. It's a nice comfy fit and I already feel right at home. It was grand

and made me happy to see that so many of you wonderful folks took time from your busy schedules to leave a note and I want you to know I truly appreciate you doing so.
It's nice to know that there are a few others out there with a wee bit o' the Irish running through their veins. Of course, I rather suspected there were, as there are quite a few of us! I still have family living in Ireland and visited last in 2003. I have soo many pictures from there that I need to digi scrap. I had tried to get in to paper scrapbooking and actually have tons of supplies, but every time I thought about having to get all that out, clean up the mess and put it all back again,

I quickly lost interest. Since I do love photography and have been using PSE, in one form or another, for several years to edit and print my photos, this seems a natural progression. Of course, it will probably take me the next twenty years to get all my photos done even doing it on the computer (yes, I really am that far behind)!
I'm also pleased to know that there are some other grandmother's on this journey as well. Isn't it just wonderful being a grandmother? What joy those little ones bring to my heart! We have one grandson who will be 4 in a few weeks and a granddaughter who just turned 2. They are our son and dil's little ones. Our daughter just got married in May to her sweetheart of six years, so perhaps there will be some more grandchildren down the road???

You will, no doubt, be seeing pictures of them all once I begin posting some layouts.
I warned you all that I can really chat it up. It's the gift of the gab we Irish have.
I look forward to chatting with all of you and participating in some of the challenges. Thank you again for your warm and friendly welcome to SBB and for extending the many offers for me to yell out

for help if I get stuck on some thing and my frustration becomes overwhelming.
Take care and wherever each of you lives, either have a grand morning, afternoon and evening or nighty-night.

OMG, I do like all the smilies you have. Makes one wonder if you could write an entire message in smilies and have folks try and de-code your message to figure out what you are trying to say!
Bye for now....
