Hi everyone!
I think this is one awesome scrapbook addict support site! I joined a little while back but I've only started doing the challenges today. Today also was the first time that I made a digital layout from scratch! I am so proud of me! My DH and I live in a Melbourne suburb and I work outside my home one day a week. The rest of the time I indulge in my newest passion: scrapbooking, of course. I am also a writer, but lately I haven't been doing much of that! I'm 55 - almost - and the mother of a lovely young woman who herself is an artist, living in Canada. I'm Canadian born, but Australia is not only my place of residence, it's my 'soul home.' I just want to say that I feel like I've found a little piece of heaven here... Wishing you a great evening ~ ShellMist

Thank you SO much, everyone! Being creative is such a high, I don't know why I wasn't doing it all my life! But it's not just "Being Creative" that I love, it's the fact that we can use images, words, paper, shapes, colour, etc. to EXPRESS our feelings and experiences with something that will last, be shared and can be given away, too.
I am energised by all the activity going on here, and the friendliness of the members who respond. It's all so cool! thanks again!
