 You need to give us more specifics!The programs you are using. where does the little picture of the lady come from...a program icon? You really don't see too much of a "zipper" a Zipped file means it has been packed and compressed into a .zip file folder which you need to "UNZIP" decompress and place into a folder on your computer before you can use the stuff inside. Think of it like a wrapped gift, you can't use it until you unwrap it! Start from the beginning, you are in the freebie section here at SBB and you download a kit to your computer right? (I usually download to my desktop to make it easier to find again to unzip it) Here is the link to a free unzip utility program, see if is not really a zipper it is more a clamp/screw!! LOL Give us more details and I know we can help you through this!!

Your so funny Tracey........ok this is what I do...
I go to downloads... free downloads... I right click the one I want...Barbershop. Then my msn file download appears... I click save file now..... It lets me name my file.....I save it in my desire folder and right below that it says broderbund easyprints.php and it doesnt let me change it to jpeg.... i click save... and it my download file it is a icon of a ladies head......... when i click it, it says no available picture........ HELP!!!! jazmin

Have you tried saving it to another folder, not within the broderbund folder?

LOL Glad you think I am funny!!
I don't use MSN downloads, so forgive me if I am totally missing the boat here, but do you have to re-name your files and folders? Does MSN download show you a list of files when it is done downloading? Can you create a new folder on your desktop and just tell MSN to place them in that new folder without renaming the files? I don't understand because not everything in the download files are going to be .jpg's! Some are going to be .png (transparent backgrounds on elements and such!) If you rename these files to .jpg you will destroy the transparency.  Can you just save the download/Folder to your desktop and then just look inside that folder and see the items? They should already be named correctly for you from the designers!!  Quote:

Yeah..........I got it...........finally........thanks for all your help ladies........my computer was using msn.downloader and that wasnt working so i logged out of msn and used internet explorer and it worked..........(if that makes and sense lol) I cant wait to get started and join you ladies.........jazmin
