I am new to digi scrapbooking. I am trying to find out how you thread a ribbon through a buckle. Is there anyone here that can help me. Thank you

First~ Welcome to SBB. You're going to love it here so much do learn and do.
Secondly~ I would strongly encourage you to upgrade from 7. It's going to be hard
for you to find the tutorials and help you need as most digital scrapbookers are using at least 8 and most are using 9 or X.
I can give you links to some tutorials and you may be able to use them to help but they are mostly written for higher versions of PSP.

Here is one on how to thread a fiber not exactly what you are looking for but may help a little.

You'll need to cut and paste that then add the http://www. We are not supposed to direct link to other sites that sell commecially.
When you get to that site scroll down until you find the Jasc Paint Shop Pro section and there is one on threading a string through a tag and using a paper clip.
