I'm new to the site. I have decided that I want to give digital scrapbooking a try. I have never done it before. I have a digital camera and PhotoShop Elements 4.0 . So hopefully that will be enough to get me started. I haven't even started my first page yet, I am going to read some of the tutorials on this site and see if I can get started. Not sure though it sounds like a lot to learn LOL! I I'm sure I will be posting lots of questions!

Welcome Patti, I agree with Laurie, there is a lot to learn but it all comes from having fun and practicing. I started with the tutorials and just learned one skill at a time, which is evident in my earlier pages but I was having a good time discovering all the cool things I could do I didn't care. Once you've gone through the tutorials and you've gotten comfortable with what your software can do, then jump in on some of the challenges, there are plenty to choose from, at all levels.
