Have anyone upgraded yet ?? I just had to do it when I got the email yesterday of a new version with the selection tool as a new improvement. An boy, am I impressed! I have had a hard time getting backgrounds out of photos at work as I just want products to show and not any disturbing background for our promotionals. And now I get a lot removed - more than ever and it takes a lot less time to clear up a photo.

The magic selection is a wonder. Now I have to try to found out all the other new things that can be explored. Then menu is very different though so it will probably take a while to get used to this.

Well since I bought the Nova 8.5 version recently, I shan't be updating in a hurry... Pity though - that does sound awesome!

PI 10 is out? What happened to 9? I'll have to check this out. I doubt I'd upgrade yet, but if the new features are impressive enough, it may go on my wish list.

I agree with you about removing backgrounds--the magic eraser in 8.5 is definitely my friend!
