Xenoflex2--There must be an easier way!

Hi, fellow PI users. I love Xenoflex 2 and use it on many of my LOs, but there seems to be a problem with the transparency. When I use it on anything that isn't rectangular, it adds white to the places that should be transparent. To get around this I've been creating elements in PI, opening them in PSE 1 to apply the filter, and then reopening them in PI. There has got to be an easier way! Anyone know of one?

Thanks!

i don't use PI, but was wondering if maybe selecting just the element that you want to run the filter on would work?

I wish selecting the object first was the answer, but I already do that. Thanks for the suggestion, though.

Rach, sweetie - I hear your frustration since I too grapple with it!

When [IF!!!] I figure it out you'll be the first to know!

Hi, when I use Xenofex2 in PSE2 (for example to add a burned edge to something) there is an option under 'Fill Inside Burn' to 'Make selection transparent'. This removes the edges outside of my element so a circle stays circular for example. Hope this helps!
