Bringing up this old thread to ask a question.

Could your templates be offered in .psd files as well as the layered .tiff? PhotoImpact can use these (and even create them), and I think I read on the DigiShopTalk board that PSP can as well. This would be a good alternative to those of us who use programs other than PhotoShop (in fact, I imagine .psd works well with PhotoShop as well, LOL).

I'd be willing to write a quick tutorial for how to use .psd files in PhotoImpact for those interested in purchasing templates as well, if .psd would be an option as well.

I've tested this on a free .psd template I've downloaded from Pattie Knox...not sure which PS version she's using or if works on all versions including the newest, but could test one if you like.

PSD file will open in DIP but they are flattened just as the TIFF files are. DIP users either need PNG+ (DIP's native file format) to retain the layers or normal PNG in separate files which would have to be manually placed.
