I need a Pro/Expert - Text around a circle

I have PhotoShop CS & PhotoImpact 10

I am having a difficult time getting text to follow the paths that I want.

I am trying to get text around a circle.

I have four, three word phrases that I want to put around a circle.

I have divided the circle into 4 segments, (Top Left, Top Right, Bottom Left & Bottom Right.

I did get the first two to go into the Top two segments but I can't get the other two phrases to arc around the bottom.

They either come out upside down or read backwards.

I have read the help files & many tutorials but I just can't get it.

I even tried to build it in MS Word Art and I got close but it didn’t come out accurate enough.

I'm really too frustrated to keep trying.

I don't know if it is appropriate to ask here, but I am willing to pay someone to do this for me.

Below is a link to an image that shows what I am trying to achieve.

And again, I am too frustrated to keep trying so I am willing to pay someone to do this for me.

If you can do this and would like to help, please email me.

Thanks,
Charles Jr

If you go under either "Wrap" or "Bend" (I Forget which one it is) You can type in exactly how much you want it to bend the words either up or down. I made a logo for my husbands company and it took me forever to find it, but it is very cool because you can make it bend as much or as little as you want. I need to re install my photoimpact (I just upgraded my computer and have to still put my PI on) Then I can let you know what to click on up top to get to the "Wrap" command. Once you find it it's very easy.

in photoimpact it is very easy doing it this way too.

Make a circle with the shape/outline tool.
Go to object and choose wrap. Go to Add text to active path!

Voila you can start to write in the circle.

Good luck!
