Photo Impact 10 help

Hello. I use photo impact 10 and I have figured out everything except for how to add borders to images. I can add borders to text but for some reason not images. Does anybody else know how?

I'm not sure if this is whawt you mean, but I use the path drawing tool in PI XL.. You can pick a color or texture with this tool to outline anything. I hope that helps.

You can add a 2D frame to an image... they can be as simple as you like.

I don't use v10 so I'm not sure about the new add border function but...
Select the paintbrush and choose your color, size, etc that you want the border to be. Then click your pick tool, click the object you want to add the border too, and do shift+P (paint on edges). It will "paint" a border around your selection.

shift f will open up the frame mode or go to photo in the menu and photo frame is down the bottom of the list.

this function is soooo great - i think i have done it very early on in my PI career, but forgotten about. I have done it so hard when I have done it earlier and it such a piece of cake. Bet many of my photos will get a frame now ;D

thanks
