I am not really sure which part of the LO would be the "Graphic is altered vector from Shutterstock.com" LOL

Which part of that layout exactly is it you think is vector? The swirly, dottie, circles and blobby things are brushes, made from vectors, back to brushes and back again.

About the only simple method of increasing your PSP vector shape files is by following this tutorial.
Don't be fooled by the quality of vector shapes that can be made by only looking at her simple examples! the hardest thing is to find good .wfm files that you can use.

Or draw them in vector mode yourself, which really takes a toll on your hair!

All those pieces were made in png or jpg format which will totally work with your program.

Here is a neat place to find lots of PSP goodies. They are not free (although there are some samplers) but a LOT of things:
http://www.graphicxtras.com/products/pspaddons.htm

And i am in contact with the author and he is planning on releasing more PSP stuff shortly.

Vector Artwork

There is a great online resource for free vector graphics at:
http://www.vecteezy.com/

Using vector graphics are great because they are smaller in size and when printed on high quality devices you get the very best results!

We support the use of Vector Graphics in our online design tool at PhotoAlbm.com.

Vectors from this site will not open in my PSP, they are .ai's which is in PSP file association list but I get an error for these file types and always have.

Had anyone else with PSP ever been able to open a .ai extension?

LOL I like drawing with vectors. It's the only way I can get something that resembles the actual object.
