Custom Kits or Hollywood Kit???

Hi! We are throwing a surprise anniversary party for my sis and bil, and the theme is Old Hollywood, circa 20s-50s. We're looking for glitz and glamour. I haven't been able to find any kit similar to this, so I was hoping someone does custom kits?? If so, can I have information on this? TIA!
