Need A Simple Backup Program

Ok I bought a western digital external hard drive a few months back. Now what I'm looking for is a backup program that is easy to use. Either free or paid.

Would like the program to automatical update my folder that I want it to. Lets say I moved my kit folder over to my external hard drive. Then I went and bought 3 more kits I would like my backup program to reconigize what I bought and update for me. Hope this makes sense.

So if anyone has any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I have been looking for a program like this as well (without much luck). However, it is probably an expensive way to go but Maxtor have just released a new external hard drive that is referred to as 'one touch' it automatically syncs anything new between systems and can be used on more that one computer (ie desktop/laptop) and you get heaps more space - hope this helps someone, Lisa

I just bought a new Western Digital EHD and it came with software for backup already on it.

Did you know that ACDSee has the backup and syncs too? Many of us are already using it to tag with.
