The majority of the kits are available for download in the NEW - member submissions. Quite a few of the overlays and one of the kits (Homespun Christmas) haven't been posted there yet. I believe that they will be there soon.

I think the overlays got posted in the DTM section of the dls instead of the Member submissions section. Try it out and see.
