I know I have seen it...but where!! I love the edges that look like torn paper. Can someone direct me to the place that either gives me instruction or maybe someones layout that I can look at.

I know that there are tons of ways to do the same thing in PSE. So I'd bet that there are several other ways to do this is DIP. If this tutorial doesn't give you the results you want, try adapting tutorials for other programs to DIP.
