Element submission
I submitted a set of elements a week ago. I received an email confirming that all the pieces had been received. I have emailed to check the status and if they were done correctly, however I have heard nothing since and they have not been posted. I wondered if I have done something wrong will someone email me to let me know? There have been several other member submitted element sets posted since I sent mine in . . . .

It can take up to three weeks to get them posted though rarely longer. if you havent seen them within a month email the elements again or emial customer.service@scrapbook-bytes.com any time
