Okay, so I have a little time on my hands and have been enjoying creating a handful of Scrapbook kits. Now...my question is: What's the best information to write in the accompanying Text "Credits" or "Readme" file? I have included the 'created by me' info, along with font used, etc. I've been reading what a lot of the other designers are adding to their files, and I'm just trying to get all the information I need. Any help is appreciated.

You may want to consider the circumstances that your kit can be used and for what purpose. Consider if they are for personal use only and whether they can be used in layouts submitted for publication.

The DTMs here that have their own CDs/kits usually have something along the lines of:

(a) their name, CD/kit name, copyright, etc.
(b) font, filter, etc. usage
(c) terms of use: submission to mags/online for publication, for websites, for commercial use
(d) prohibitions: cannot be altered and resold as your own, cannot be shared with others/through e-group, cannot be used for profane, immoral, or illegal purposes
(e) contact info for creator and website

I think that's most of it. You could also include directions, if you wanted, for how to change color, how to use in a certain kind of program, etc.
