HI!! I love all of the elements and yesterday they saved to my computer as .png's!! Today they won't save as anything but .bmp's!!?? I don't know how the setting changed... so, I don't know how to fix it!! Has anyone had this happen before?? I can't even save .gif's - I am baffled!!??

when you right click save as or when you open it and save it again? What program are you using for viewing and opening your graphics?

Sorry I wasn't clearer.... when I right mouse click... then save picture as - the box opens up and it is untitled and .bmp - yesterday it was the title of the picture and .png -

I tried again... and it still doesn't work...

The same thing has been happening to me, Pam. What browser do you use? I was using Internet Explorer, but tried a different one and the problem fixed. Maybe try Netscape or Phoenix/Mozilla if you haven't already. Hope this helps!

Netscape works!! I just had to remember all my p***word stuff.... I may just use it for here... I don't remember anything anymore!!! HAHAHAHA!!
