Stupid ? from a very newbie
What is a brush? I hear all about new brushes, etc. I still have no idea what one is. I use PSP8 if that helps at all.

There are no stupid questions. That said, although I've used brushes, I'll leave it to one of our experts to give an explanation. I'm afraid mine wouldn't be much help.

Well, I can tell you what a brush is in Photoshop! *lol* I don't know anything abt PSP.
There is a thread explaining (PS) Brushes in the Help Me forum; it's a sticky, so it's at the top of the page. See if that answers your question(s).
