Unhappy Stephanie's Strawberry Kit

I keep seeing all of the great layouts using Stephanie Z's strawberry kit, and references to it being available in the element gallery, but I can't find the kit!

Is it still available?? If it is, can someone point this dummy in the right direction?

http://www.scrapbook-bytes.com/galle...cat=all&page=2

TIA.

I can't find it now, either? I know I downloaded it when it was first offered. I'll keep looking, though.

Sorry, I did not see this post and just add a new one in the General Byte Chat. Any new status for this kit yet? Please let us know soon.

Thanks

Penny

The kit was removed due to some inadvertant copyright violations. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news

I don't mean to be nosy...

but do you mind if I ask what copyright violations? The reason I ask is because I know she had scanned some material for some of the pages and I've been doing that too and was wondering if that is ok or not. So I guess to rephrase my question, is it a violation to scan material?

Thanks,

Deb

Well, I was afraid of that. Thanks for checking, Anna.

some patterns are copywritten and cannot be shared however you can scan your own purchased fabrics for your own use. not all fabric is copywritten.
