When I go to some of the categories in the Elements gallery I get the message "You don't have permission to view the images in this category." What do I have to do to gain permission?

Kristi, are you logged in? Which are the categories you are referring to?

Often times what happens as well is if you just recently registered on the boards but did not confirm your account via emial that is sent - you will get temporary access to the site to post etc. when logged in but it will not allow you to view the access to the gallery without this confirmation.

If this is not the case - please be sure you delelte all temporary internet files etc. and try accessing or logging into your account again since the server move may have altered a few of the cookies in our software.

I just checked and for some reason your account was marked "User Awaiting Confirmation" so I changed it to "Registered" You should be all set. Thanks!

I am also having this same problem I did get the email from the board a long time ago confirming my registration but now I cant view pretty much anything in the Elements

Be sure how you are accessing the elements... see if it changes the access by using the sbbytes.com or scrapbook-bytes.com better for you possibly.

The same has happened to me. I cannot get into the elements gallery and I've tried the sbbytes.com and also the scrapbook-bytes.com. I login and the screen says welcome so I think I'm still a member. I did go on vacation and my inbox got full and some of my email got bounced, but that has been resolved. What do I do next?

i get the same message as well, and i did click the comfirm link in the email i was sent after registering.
