I emailed customer service about your problem. I tried a few of the links and had the same problem. I am sure it will be fixed soon.

Hi there,

The problem may lie in using a download manager to download large graphic files. A good one is www.ReGet.com. Look for it's FREE or TRIAL verison. Using a download manager will reduce your risks of corrupt, invalid or errors in you zip files. I too would have problems downloading large files until I started using ReGet. Now I can downlaod a whole CD if I want with no error. Hope that helps.

As Gina has said - try either using an Internet Download Manager... or better yet as well - be sure you do not have an Internet Security blocking your download, etc. - this too can result in corrupt file downloads. I just tested most of the above for you - saved them and unzipped them and they opened and were fine for me... give that a try as Gina suggests and let us know how you make out

Thanks for your suggestions. I downloaded reget, re-downloaded the files mentioned and again had the same problem. I made sure Norton was disabled as well. I then uninstalled reget and tried a different download manager, and again re-downloaded the first three files listed above. I still received an error that the files were invalid or corrupt. I have never run into this problem before, and I have downloaded tons of files, so I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated, especially since I really love the items I am trying to download - they are terrific!

BTW, I have downloaded really large files over the past couple of days, such as the all-in-one download for the March Ezine, with no problems. VERY STRANGE. I noticed in some of the comments others were having problems downloading as well. So confused!

Thank you!

I love a challenge and this was a challenge. I couldn't figure out why they could download and we couldn't especially since I download from here all the time. So I played around on two different computers. Are you right clicking and saving save as? That is what I was doing today and you will get a corrupt zip file. Just left click and you will be fine. I have always before just left click but today I was right clicking for some reason and that is why I was getting the corrupt files. Hope this helps you!

Ok Viv – I see now – some are corrupt after downloading them and unzipping… am reauploding a ton of them tonight to ensure they got up there… give it a shot tomorrow afternoon and it should be ok.
