does anyone know if coffe cup fonts are free for commercial digiscrapping? I couldn't find anything about that on their site.

I just downloaded a font from there and it's a Ray Larabie font so it's okay to use it.
The readme file says:

The font contained in this archive is Freeware.
No payment is required for the use of this font. It's free!

I make a new font every week and post it on my website.

I don't know if all the fonts are free to use or not. They may come from different font designers.

Kim, neither of those links work for me. But I did find him here:
http://www.larabiefonts.com/ where it states "Larabie Fonts offers 384 free fonts for personal and commercial use in TrueType format. We display our fonts at www.MyFonts.com."
