Designer's Toolkit Must Have's....
What are the must have's (besides programs like PSCS2, etc) that you have in your designer's toolkit and use over and over to create with.
Filters, Plug-ins etc, ...??? I thought this could be a great resouce list for those of us who want to start designing.

I agree with the photoshop actions, atomic cupcake for sure, plus a lot of others that can be found for free or purchase online. Filters are another big plus for texture and effects.
