So I have been wondering how you create a font or alpha for a kit??? I know there is "something" out there (I can't recall the name and I'm to lazy to look it up) that is like a drawing pad that hooks to your computer and allows you, of course to make your own fonts and doddles and cool thinks like that.

But what if you don't have something like that. Do you purchase fonts then and use those? Like recoloring and twicking them. Perhaps giving them an effect, ect.....? I am just at a lose and just wondering what others do. I would love to include alpha in my "freebie" kits, but am just not sure how to go about it, since I have no way to "create" my own.

The "something out there" is a Graphics tablet ..Wacom 's (www.wacom.com) are the most popular

Some font creators do not allow their fonts to be used in alphas even with purchase but there are some free an dcommercial fonst out there you can use..its just a matter of finding them

I saw that there was a question about 2 Peas fonts in that fourm, but it didn't really help. So I thought I'd post my question here. After your reply I discovered the little buttons at the bottom that let you see "ALL" the posts (didn't know those were there lol) so I feel "bad" posting a repeat ( x10 ) question!!!! SORRY!!!!
