Question Shaker Box

I'm making one of my first pages...a beachy theme of DD. I was wondering if anyone knew of a shaker box that would fit. Maybe with sand and sea shells?

Shaker Box in paper scrapping is making a tag etc with a clear front and you put beads and other small embellishments in them so when you "shake" them..the middle stuff "shakes".

I would LOVE to know how to make them digitally if you dont mind pming me with instructions...I would appreciate it.
