Yes, you can use them. Just besure you read the inside of the front cover where it tells you your TOU. Some are 10 items, some are NOT 10 items. One of the ones I was looking at getting the other day was only 4 items. Make sure you read the fine print.

Do you mind clarifying? Does this mean I can only sell 10 kits a year using a particular image in my design?
I am from Australia and I've never seen the Dover products here and living in the country I can only access alot of things through the internet which means all I get is a picture and some details.

It means you can't use more than 10 designs/cliparts (or whatever the number might be) in one kit, for example.

I realize the Dover is for designing- but what exactly are we talking about. Designing papers- and elements too. Will it work in DIP? If so, I might download the sample stuff and check it out. I'm itching to learn how to design.

Yep. Works in DIP. Make sure you use the TIFF files. You'll have to remove the white backgrounds off them though.
