Question Question about designing patterned paper

Hi, I'm a beginning designer and I was curious as to how you go about designing patterned papers. Do you create your own brushes to use, or do you mostly use clip art? Thanks for any advice you can give me. My husband is a graphic designer, so we're interested in creating kits together.

Hi! Welcome to the digi-scrap world(:
I guess you can do a little of both. I usually make my own brushes & use those to make my patterned papers. Textures are also alot of fun to use. Good luck with the design process its definitly fun you will love it!

If you want to make a simple patter such as dots or what not you can do 2inch by 2inch put one dot in the middle of the paper go to create pattern then flood fill your 12inch paper with the pattern you just created
