Yet ANOTHER font question!!!

Who knew the ABC's could cause so much difficulty!!!!

Ok so reading through a ton of posts here and several hours of reseach, I have decided my best bet is just to invest in a couple commercial fonts (for right now) and then just keep adding to that a little at a time.

But I have a question. On myfonts dot com. I was reading about their licenses and I don't understand this part "A typical standard license covers the font for use by between 1 and 5 users."

Here is the whole thing, in case you need it "What is a standard license?
All fonts are tied to a standard license. This is the license agreement, written by the foundry that makes the font, which you accept on the Accept License page on the Checkout page, just before you pay for the font. A typical standard license covers the font for use by between 1 and 5 users."

Does that mean if I purchase it I can only use it 5 times? Does that mean I can only distribute it in (up to) 5 kits? Does that mean I can "share" it with up to 5 people and not get in trouble??

HELP!!!!!!!!

Ok I might have just found my answer, I was reading down and happened upon there multi-user discounts and site licenses.

So a standard lincese would be for say" I own a small company (less the 5 people) that produces scrapbook kits. I can purchase that font and me and my 3 "employees" can us that font through that one license".

Does that sound correct???

But if I had say 50 employees, I would have to buy the site license?
