I have been making my own elements for my pages for a while now, and I wanted to try my hand at whole kits. They will mostly be for myself and maybe to give as feebies. What I'm curious about, is I've seen designers' kits which have pictures of objects such as flowers, butterflies, etc. and I was wondering where you get those kinds of images (and use them in kits that they sell) without violating copyright laws. I thought maybe they came from Stock Exchange or related sites, but the TOU at Stock Exchange says the images are free, but still copyrighted and not for use in items for sale. So where do they come from? Do you buy them or what? I'm not selling any kits now, but who knows what the future holds? TIA for any insight you can offer.

For actual photographs, I use my own. For clipart, I use Dover, they have a lot of royalty free images with only a few restrictions (number of items per kit, usually 10). Hope that helps!
