Lead Generators Question

I saw someone post a while back that they used a Lead Generator (I am guessing for mailing flyers, etc...) to find customers

For those of you who have used Lead Generators, how do you go about finding a good company where you can get good leads for a scrapping for hire business?

How much does it run? If anyone has found a good company would you mind sharing what it is? (or PM a link)

Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!
