from the sounds of this they want the exclusively right so they want to purchase the copyright for your work, I'm not sure about how copyright applies to this but I basically think it would be the same as art work. (I'm a Graphic Designer, depending on usage is how I depend on what I'm going to charge for the copy right to that work, make sense?) I'm not sure if I'm really being any help here.... but I thought I would give it a try.
