The point of this challenge is be inspired by somebody else'd page, you do not have to copy letter by letter the exact same look that page has, look at the shapes that the person uses, might be inspired by the colours, or the placement of the elements, whatever takes your fancy in the page... You do not need to get (buy) the exact kit the person has used, unless of course you want to! LOL! If you are making your first steps in digi scrapbooking, I would say: don't go out and buy lots of stuff, if you spend too much and don't get the immediate result, you might get discouraged. Start with the
free downloads, or the
blog freebies right here at SBB. Just remember the courteous way of creating without offending is by giving credit when it's due, if you use somebody else;s Layout as inspiration, mention them in the credits, when uploading your page to any site, or your blog, if you use somebody's papers/elements name them too, whether you bought the stuff or got it free... That is all you need to remember to start you off! Any questions? Shoot away! The more the merrier, there are thousands of us out there, you will get the answer!
