Scrapheap challenge until next Sunday, 16th

Here we meet again girls, and for a while we are on our own again

So who will start this week?! Shall I remind you and myself the rules of the Scrapheap challenge? Have you ever surprised yourself by going to your folder where you keep all your scrappy supplies and doing a search for "pink" or "sticker" or "flower"??? You will get surprised with what you have I am sure... Things you have never used so far. So challenge yourself to use it today... add it to our list, and when we have 5 elements, or as I like to call them ingredients in our cauldrons we add a pinch of our individuality and see what we come up with.

To start us off this week, let's use
1."negative space" (White space in your favourite colour, meaning quite a lot of space unoccupied by anything)
now it is your turn, add to the list, theme, colour, word, or certain elements or number of elements/photos to be used.
2. Pebbles
3. Messy frame
4. doodle
5. a natural element
6. golden autumnal colour somewhere on the page.

Don't feel frightened by the number, you can always reduce it by using a natural element (say leaf) in a golden colour within a pebble... or something of the kind, I like the elements a lot! I think this week should have some interesting results!!!

Have fun! I will edit this post when we have five things on our list.

Oh that's a good one Raylene - I have a few of those I never seem to use. How about a messy frame?

How about a doodle of some kind? They seem to go along nicely with a negative space type layout. I have a hard time with those kinds of layouts so this will definitely be a challenge for me!

A natural element of some sort--leaf, flower, twig, butterfly, etc.

Scrapheap Element # 5!!

And for the 5th Element, what about an impending fall colour, such as this, which is the golden hue of the Sugar Maple trees at this time...

Acer saccharum
