I don't know why it wouldn't be.

Oh, I had understood you only wanted to mail it to someone closer to your location. Oh wait, does this program work on Vista? If not then I can't use it.

I have it and I use it with Vista and no problems. I love it. I have PSP but it's really hard compared to this. I'm learning how to make my own papers and elements with it. I really doubt I will ever learn PSP and if I do I think I will always DIS for my layouts.

If nobody else wants it, shoot, I'll take it. I use MS Digital Image pretty much exclusively because CS3, PSP and Elements are turning out to be a challenge for me to learn. I started using DIP years ago to create printed programs, menus, place cards, etc. for a Military Ball that I chaired as well as cards and other misc. things. Then, when I started to scrap digitally, this was the program I knew how to use when making printed scrap pages for my Grandmother of her mom's pics for Christmas. I'll even pay shipping to Texas where I am. If it's not spoken for yet or trashed, and you'd still like someone to take it off your hands, I'll be more than happy to help. I do have DIP all ready, obviously, but the way we go through cd's around here, it would never hurt to have a backup in case I need to reinstall and the originals are missing or too scratched to work.

I started on DIP and totally agree that it's very easy to learn and use and even now that I work exclusively with PSE (bought a MAC and DIP doesn't work) there are things about DIP that I miss.

Since you're giving it away, try checking out some local teen/youth clubs in your area - I gave mine (plus all my paper stuff) to the Girls Club and they love it!
