Nooooooooooooo! Card Access error - SBB Digital Scrapbooking Forums | Scrapbook-Bytes

My brand new 2GB CF Sandisk card that I have used twice is now giving me a Card Access Error - the photos on they are from my grandfathers 80th i took on the weekend. Software recovery is a no go since the camera, computer and whatever else cant access the card to actually recover the images. the error occured midshoot - Ive emailed San disk but they were less than helpful and I have an email into the recovery people they recommend - but has anyone else run into this? Please tell me it can be remedied!

OMGosh ShelleyRae!! That is SO upsetting!! I really hope that you can recover those pictures!! I've never had this happen to me but has to a friend!! I wish you all the best!! (((HUGS)))

I did a search on Google for "memory card recovery" and got a gob of software to use. One even had a free trial period. Give it a look.
Don't give up hope yet. I used to have a link about a company that does this type of recovery, but I haven't found it yet. If I do, I'll send it to you.
