He seems to think it *must* have been something I did - now I absolutely know it wasnt but I didnt bother convincing him. He said it was a file corruption like would occur if you took the card out while it was writing. Anyways he used some sort of software to driectly access the metadata on the file and I'm saved
 Ended up costing me $10.00 lol
