Question online photography courses?

Hi all-
I am looking to beef up my skills and expand my knowledge and was wondering if anyone knows of any good online photography courses? I would also be happy with any books as well... My knowledge is all self-taught with trial and error but would like to formalize what is in my brain!

I think that Understanding Exposure by Bryan Peterson is one of the most useful photography books in explaining the technical aspects of photography (how shutter speed, aperture and ISO work together to create an image).

Betterphoto.com has popular photography courses for all levels.
