cool shots! we did some of our own smaller ones the big ones are illegal in Pa. well anything in the air.but it was fun the kids liked it. havnt had a chance to upload them to the computer yet.

This was my first time trying out the manual settings on my camera. I have SO much to learn - and I told my husband last night I NEED a tripod

We were not sure we'd get to do any since it started raining not long before dark, and since we didn't have any of the cool ones that shoot up and explode in the sky, I didn't get any of those - its hard getting used to the slow shutter speed - I got 3x as many bad shots!

I have a tripod that came with my video camera, it works for my regular camera too.

Wow, you all got some fantastic shots! We were driving back home all day so we had to watch the fireworks from the car as we went through towns. I still attempted to take some shots while we were driving. hehehe I haven't uploaded them to my computer yet, but I'm QUITE sure I have nothing really fantastic. It's tough to have a slow shutter speed to catch fireworks while you're in a MOVING car! lol Maybe next year, or at new years. :-)
