My filter adapter is stuck on my camera. I need to get it off to use new lens I recently bought. Any ideas on how to get it off? It screws on with threads, metal on metal. Thanks for any help you can give me.

SR Thanks SO much for that link!! I've had an adapter stuck on the end of one of my lenses for ages!! I'm anxious to try one of these ideas now.

This is a great article. I got desperate and used needlenose pliers to get a good hold of small filter adapter and voila it loosened. It scratched it slightly cosmetically on the outside but still usable. I guess I'll have to live with it. I will go buy the filter wrenches now that I know that they exist in case it ever happens again. Thanks for your help...I love y'all...Needlemom
