Challenge: Capturing Motherhood

With Mother's Day around the corner, I know I often have a hard time taking a photo that really captures motherhood, and instead I resort to a photo of myself with the girls in the backyard every year. This year, I'm challenging myself and you all to come up with a photo attempting to capture true motherhood.

I can't wait to see what you all come up with, and I'll be thinking and searching the internet myself for some ideas.

No takers this week? hehe Did I make one too difficult? I know I REALLY wanted to do this one, but with the very busy weekend of my dd making her First Communion, having her tumbling recital and having our family in town from Wed - Mon, I just never did get to it. As a matter of fact, I didn't take ONE photo for Mother's Day at all this year.

I had several thoughts of ideas though...if that counts for anything LOL
mommy changing a baby's diaper, or giving a bath (esp on Mother's Day - A mom's work is never done, never on vacation. haha)
mom and child looking into each other's face
mom helping a child with something
etc...

The other difficulty, besides our busy week, for me was trying to capture a true moment like this of myself and my kids. I needed to be able to get out and try to photograph a neighbor or something.
