Hello everyone, I looked at our gallery, and shock -horror! We haven't had a macro challenge for a while, and since I have just had an article on macro published a little way back in Tid-bytes, I was wondering, if anyone would like to give it a try, and with spring being just about everywhere by now, and flowers and butterflies posing cutely everywhere no doubt just asking for someone to photograph them, I thought, let's have it now! It will last for the first two weeks of May, and I will give the next call on May 16th, so until then, please upload your macro shots to our gallery here , and we will go and admire, if you drop us a link to it in this thread! So grab your camera, go and shoot! see you then!

Ohhh! I love macro lens photos--I bet we will get beautiful shots for this challenge! Here's a photo I took 2 years ago. I will also take a new photo for this challenge, if I can actually get outside during daylight hours this week, LOL
