12 April - Space Day!
1961 if I remember correctly, the man who gave his name to a town were I was born Sergei Korolev and I am sure a lot of people who helped him build his dream, sent the space ship with a man Yuri Gagarin on board into a first space journey.
So for the photography challenge this week and lasting until 19 th of April, I would like you to look up to the sky! Grey, full of cloud, azzure blue giving everybody a hope of a spring to come, full of noisy airplanes or bumble bees, with the whatever your skyline brings you, trees, rooftops, or skyscrapers, and then pick up your camera and give it a shot!  Take a picture and post it here! I will be waiting!So for this week: we want to see the big big sky! Lots of it! Please, show it off! Thanks, yours, ever learning from you, Olga

Hiya, Olga... I am checking this one out late, but thanks for honoring Yuri's Night! We celebrate it every year. We go to the park and play with flying toys and share fun with friends. We hope to promote a rekindled interest in space exploration in both children and adults. This was a very cool challenge... thanks for thinking of it!
