Photograph your favorite color.

Colors. They are all around us. I have my favorites and I m sure you do too. Sometimes just looking at a color can inspire me in some way. It can be one large mass of a certain color (perhaps on your favorite chair), or rows and rows of the same color (like in your garden). What’s your favorite color? Photograph it and share it with us by posting it in the Photography Gallery

My favorite is green. I love to wear green and I love to see green outdoors. Green makes me happy. I went on a search for green today so I could photograph it and I had so much fun. I took pictures of trees, plants, a garden hose, and even my eyes, but I ended up liking this simple picture the best.

I took this photo yesterday. The 30th of March is Queens Day in Holland. The royal family is called ' Van Oranje Nassau' and therefor Orange is kind of our national color. So on Queens Day you see orange everywhere. But that is not the reason I like orange
It's just a wonderful cheerful color, it brightens up my day.

Thanks so much! That is exactly the one I'm considering. I've been going back and forth between the rebel or a nikon--some terrific pictures coming through the gallery from Dutche who uses nikon. I'm really new to digital and was just told that I can use my older regular SLR canon lens on a rebel body. If that is true, then it will be much less expensive for me to go for the rebel.
