Shaped Text for journaling

Hi

What programs create the shaped text for journaling? I know Photoshop does but I can't afford to purchase that program. And I can't get Microsoft DIP anywhere because it's been discontinued?
Can anyone give me some other suggestions??

Thanks

You could get DIP from e-bay relatively easily Photoshop Elements does - a lot cheaper than PS and Im sure that PaintShopPro has some text shape abilities.

For shaped text, can you describe what you mean? PSCS can do text on a path, but if you want your text to form the shape of a heart, circle, or other shape, I think only Illustrator can do that. If it's a simple shape you should be able to do that manually, though it's kind of a pain in the rear.

You could also use word and import as an image -
However this tutorial for PSE shows you how to use Warped text
