Nice organization... how about keywords though? Did you include keywords for all these and write them to sidecar (for .PSD, PNG) or directly to the JPG files? If not, I would highly recommend doing so.. Given all your work with categories.. if you find the next latest and greatest software (like Idimager), you will have to totally recreate the wheel. If you have everything saved to the keywords (or embed the categories as other IPTC data), then you can just import them into the next catalog and you will not have to do it manually.

I see time and again users with really wonderful organizational setups... only to find that they lose it all when moving to a different program. That is the beauty of IPTC..
